Acceptable Use Policy

This policy defines what is and is not acceptable on TeePopUp.

ACCEPTABLE USE

TeePopUp may be used by legitimate print shops and apparel businesses to:

  • Create an online storefront for their print business
  • List and sell original printed apparel and heat transfer products
  • Accept orders from their existing customer base
  • Manage orders and communicate with customers

PROHIBITED USE

The following are strictly prohibited:

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Selling designs featuring third-party logos or trademarks without written authorization
  • Reproducing or imitating well-known brands or designers
  • Selling bootleg, counterfeit, or replica products
  • Using artist artwork without a license or permission

CONTENT

  • Hate speech, discriminatory imagery, or extremist content
  • Explicit sexual content
  • Content depicting or targeting minors inappropriately
  • Violent or threatening content directed at individuals

BUSINESS PRACTICES

  • Creating a store with no intention to fulfill orders
  • Misrepresenting product quality, materials, or turnaround times
  • Collecting customer payments and not fulfilling orders
  • Using TeePopUp to launder money or conduct fraudulent transactions

PLATFORM ABUSE

  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent a suspension
  • Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform
  • Scraping platform data
  • Impersonating TeePopUp or other sellers

CONSEQUENCES

Violations may result in:

  • Content removal
  • Account warning
  • Account suspension
  • Permanent termination
  • Reporting to law enforcement where applicable

TeePopUp reserves the right to determine what constitutes a violation of this policy in its sole discretion.
