Acceptable Use Policy

This policy defines what is and is not acceptable on TeePopUp.
ACCEPTABLE USE
TeePopUp may be used by legitimate print shops and apparel businesses to:
- Create an online storefront for their print business
- List and sell original printed apparel and heat transfer products
- Accept orders from their existing customer base
- Manage orders and communicate with customers
PROHIBITED USE
The following are strictly prohibited:
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- Selling designs featuring third-party logos or trademarks without written authorization
- Reproducing or imitating well-known brands or designers
- Selling bootleg, counterfeit, or replica products
- Using artist artwork without a license or permission
CONTENT
- Hate speech, discriminatory imagery, or extremist content
- Explicit sexual content
- Content depicting or targeting minors inappropriately
- Violent or threatening content directed at individuals
BUSINESS PRACTICES
- Creating a store with no intention to fulfill orders
- Misrepresenting product quality, materials, or turnaround times
- Collecting customer payments and not fulfilling orders
- Using TeePopUp to launder money or conduct fraudulent transactions
PLATFORM ABUSE
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent a suspension
- Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform
- Scraping platform data
- Impersonating TeePopUp or other sellers
CONSEQUENCES
Violations may result in:
- Content removal
- Account warning
- Account suspension
- Permanent termination
- Reporting to law enforcement where applicable
TeePopUp reserves the right to determine what constitutes a violation of this policy in its sole discretion.
