From Sellers: - Name, email address, business name - Billing information for subscription payments - Store content (product images, descriptions, store settings) - Usage data and login activity From Customers (visiting seller storefronts): - Name, email, shipping address submitted on order forms - Order details - Files uploaded for custom print orders - Basic usage/analytics data We do NOT collect or store: - Credit card numbers or banking information - Payment account credentials of any kind - Social Security Numbers or government IDs

We use collected information to: - Provide and operate the platform - Process seller subscriptions - Send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates) - Improve platform functionality - Communicate platform updates to sellers - Comply with legal obligations

TeePopUp does NOT process payments. All payment transactions occur directly between sellers and customers through third-party payment apps (Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, etc.). We do not collect, store, or have access to any payment credentials or transaction data.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with: - Service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, email services, analytics) - Law enforcement when required by law - In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of the company

Sellers are responsible for the personal data of their customers collected through their TeePopUp storefront. Sellers must: - Have their own privacy policy if required by law - Handle customer data in compliance with applicable privacy laws - Not misuse customer data collected through the platform

Customer design files uploaded through seller storefronts are stored securely and are only accessible to the seller who owns that storefront. Files are used solely for order fulfillment purposes.

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We may use analytics cookies to understand platform usage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings though this may affect platform functionality.

We retain seller account data for the duration of the account plus 90 days after termination. Order data is retained for 3 years for record keeping purposes. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

TeePopUp is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However no internet transmission is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify sellers of material changes via email.
