DMCA Copyright Policy

REPORTING COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

If you believe content on a TeePopUp seller storefront infringes your copyright, submit a written notice to our designated DMCA agent containing ALL of the following:

1. 1.Your full legal name, address, phone number, and email address
2. 2.A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
3. 3.The specific URL of the infringing content on TeePopUp
4. 4.A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
5. 5.A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
6. 6.Your physical or electronic signature

We will process valid takedown notices promptly and remove or disable access to the infringing content. The seller will be notified.

COUNTER-NOTICE

If you are a seller and believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@teepopup.com containing:

1. 1.Your name, address, phone number, and email
2. 2.Identification of the content that was removed
3. 3.A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
4. 4.A statement consenting to jurisdiction in your district
5. 5.Your physical or electronic signature

REPEAT INFRINGERS

TeePopUp will terminate the accounts of sellers who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

IMPORTANT NOTE

TeePopUp is not in a position to adjudicate intellectual property disputes between third parties. We act in good faith based on the information provided. Filing a false DMCA notice may result in legal liability.
